Shipping Policy

Shipments are processed within 24-48 hours of the confirmation of your request Monday through Friday unless stated otherwise.  You will be provided a Tracking Number by which you can track your package.   Most domestic and international packages ship via the United States Postal Service.  For domestic shipments (50 states, U.S. military bases and territories):  USPS Ground Advantage service takes about 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.  USPS Ground Advantage services packages up to 70 lbs. and up to 130 inches in length plus girth. For International shipments:  USPS Priority Mail International takes about 6 to 10 business days to many major locations.  Actual transit times may vary for origin and destination.  

 

Your request will be shipped to the shipping address you provide. It is the responsibility of the covester to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the transaction.  If you put the incorrect shipping address after completing the transaction and need to ship to a different address, and the SBM has not yet shipped your package, you will need to request to cancel the transaction, then place a new request reflecting the new shipping address.

However, if the SBM has already shipped your order and you put an incorrect shipping address, there is no way to change the shipping address once your package ships. You will need to place a new request with the correct shipping address.  Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package is shipped back due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping will not be recoursed.

In the event that the SBM is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the covester, the SBM will attempt to contact you for an address correction via the e-mail you provided.  If no response is received within 24 hours, the entire transaction will be cancelled and your monetary contribution will be returned. The SBM is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

CQR Market will also not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as “delivered”.  If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to you to file the appropriate claims with USPS and file a police report if necessary. CQR Market will not consider refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
