Suggested Use (As a Supplement):
Suggested Use with Nebulizer**:
Put about 3 teaspoons of Silver 10PPM in the receptacle
Breathe deebly for about 15 minutes
Repeat 3x per day for colds, pneumonias, bronchitis and sinusitis
If it makes you cough too much, add 20-30 grains of sea salt to the liquid just before nebulizing and shake.
