Suggested Use (As a Supplement):
- Adults: 1 teaspoon up to three times daily
- Children: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon once daily
Suggested Use with Nebulizer**:
- Put about 3 teaspoons of Silver 10PPM in the receptacle
- Breathe deebly for about 15 minutes

Warnings
